The Building and Construction Trades Councils that support the OCC represent local unions and their unionized men and women in the building and construction trades, help them achieve justice on the job, fair wages and benefits and quality work for customers. The Councils do so by supporting local programs that promote job safety and healthy market conditions of the members of its affiliates and all workers in the construction industry.
